Beth has been a top-notch recruiter for many years. She works closely with candidate prospecting, searching thoroughly for the appropriate candidate pool and generating leads. Beth tracks screening calls, ensuring all prerequisites have been met for each potential candidate she engages.
Beth is a graduate from Centenary College where she competed in swimming, and then moved on to earn an MBA at Rollins University in Orlando, Florida. As an athlete, Beth understands the importance of having the right team around you. Beth believes in good team building, and she aims to not only meet the needs of her clients seeking valuable, hard-working team members, but also the needs of her candidates, not settling for a one-sided match. Beth’s goal is to have a win-win scenario, one in which both sides are excited about the placement.
