Linda Springs

Founder

Linda, the leading spirit, and the founder of Recruiting Professionals Inc. is quite the entrepreneur and has been recruiting since 1997.  As a result, she has a thorough database of extraordinary candidates she has been built over the past 25 years.

Using her deep knowledge of the individual clientele needs, and her close relationship with her clients, Linda & her team go out and actively seeks candidates that meet a particular role and make all parties successful. Linda and her team stay connected to the clients throughout the process, ensuring the proper fit.  Linda believes there is no secret sauce but hard work and having the right gritty, scrappy team among the company.  Recruiting Professional Inc. places candidates for high-growth companies. The company hires across the board for technical positions, sales, marketing, customer success, development and leadership roles. They recruit across all vertical markets.

Throughout the process, Linda and her team are in constant contact with their clients and making adjustments as needed; They are flexible, willing to make a shift if or when it is necessary. Linda is a proud graduate of Baylor University – Go Bears! She started her career at Texas Instruments in software development and quickly rose through the ranks. She utilizes her strong technology background coupled with her extensive networking and client relationship management background.


Linda is married to Chris and together they have three beautiful children. In her spare time, Linda loves to spend time outside water-sking, playing pickelball and watching her daughter play competitive soccer.

Beth Salas

Senior Recruiter

Beth has been a top-notch recruiter for many years. She utilizes her prior experience in corporate marketing and software to help both candidates and clients make the right next step in their careers and hiring decisions. She works closely with candidate prospecting, searching thoroughly for the appropriate candidate pool and generating leads. Beth tracks screening calls, ensuring all prerequisites have been met for each potential candidate she engages.

Beth is a graduate from Centenary College of Louisiana where she double majored and double minored in Business, Finance, Economics and History. In addition, she competed in swimming, and then moved on to earn an MBA at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.  As an athlete, Beth understands the importance of having the right team around you.  Beth believes in good team building, and she aims to not only meet the needs of her clients seeking valuable, hard-working team members, but also the needs of her candidates, not settling for a one-sided match.  Beth’s goal is to have a win-win scenario, one in which both sides are excited about the placement. 

Beth is an eager sounding board for her clients.  She is passionate about making sure her client’s needs and wants are being met, asking the right questions, digging a little deeper into the hearts and minds of each person she has an opportunity to speak with during interviews.  Beth recognizes the courage it takes to start a business, to grow and sustain a business, and she is enthused about creating a new bond, an indelible bond, a bond that is sustainable and long-lasting.

 

Beth is married to Jacob and in their spare time they are active in their local church, love to travel, binge watch shows and spend time with their large family.

Chris Springs

Senior Recruiter

Chris is very adept and wears multiple hats with Recruiting Professionals, Inc. He selects businesses and individuals based on specific criteria, ensuring his client’s needs are fulfilled.  Chris is a competitive water skier and also enjoys sporting clays, skeet shooting, and hunting.

Shannon Henderson

Shannon, a Texas State alum, is a master networker.  Shannon works in tandem with fellow team members to search and identify probable candidates who meet certain criteria.
